Together, you’ll review your current health status, discuss symptoms, evaluate lab results, and create a customized plan designed to help you feel and function at your best. Mindy’s approach is both evidence-based and holistic—addressing the root causes behind fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes, or performance decline—so that every aspect of your health supports your energy, confidence, and longevity. This visit is included in your membership, providing you with direct access to a nurse practitioner who knows your history, tracks your progress, and adjusts your plan as your body changes. First Hormone Visit — $175 Your first appointment includes a full review of your health history, symptoms, and lab work. Before beginning treatment, bloodwork is required to assess your hormone levels and overall health so we can create a personalized plan that’s right for you.
